Cool, creamy and refreshing, this smoothie will remind you of an indulgent slice of strawberry cheesecake. The secret ingredient: Cottage cheese, which lends richness as well as a healthy shot of protein. Swap in another berry for the strawberries, if you like. Or, add a couple of fresh basil leaves to give it a twist.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen strawberries

½ cup cottage cheese

2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese

¾ cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon honey

Directions

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender
Blend until smooth
Divide between 2 glasses and serve

None. This is just too good of a recipe.
